General return rules

  • We accept returns of unused, unopened, and in original condition products within 30 days of delivery.
  • Returns must include all original packaging, tags, and inserts. Items that are opened, used, or missing parts may not be eligible for a refund.
  • Due to the nature of our products (dog toys and chews), certain items such as chews, or perishable items cannot be returned or refunded for safety and hygiene reasons.

Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used toys and chews.
  • Gift cards and digital products.
  • Clearance or “Final Sale” items.
  • Customized or limited-edition products specifically marked as non-refundable.

Claims for damaged, defective, or missing items

We take quality control seriously, but if something goes wrong, we're here to help.

  • Damaged Products: If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 2 days of delivery at help@pawlipop.com. Please include: 
    Your order number, photos of the damaged box, packaging, and product(s)A description of the issue
  • Defective Toys or Accessories: If an item is defective (e.g., broken squeaker, stitching coming undone upon arrival), please notify us within 2 days of delivery with photos/videos showing the defect.
  • Missing Items: If something is missing from your box, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with your order number and details. We will verify and send out the missing item as quickly as possible or provide a refund.

Claims outside these timeframes may not be eligible for replacements or refunds.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or missing.
  • If you need an exchange for the same product, contact us at help@pawlipop.com and we will provide instructions.
  • Exchanges for different toys or themes are not available.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned items and whether your refund has been approved.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 1–3 business days back to your original method of payment.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. Only the cost of the product will be refunded, unless the return was due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, defective item).

Return shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective, or damaged upon arrival).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received. Pawlipop is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided, the customer will be responsible for reshipment costs.
  • Refunds for returned packages of this nature will be issued minus original shipping costs.

Order cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase as long as they have not yet shipped.
  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. Customers may follow the return process after receiving the order.

Limited liability

  • Pawlipop is not liable for damages or injuries caused by misuse of our products. Always supervise your pet during playtime and discard toys that show signs of excessive wear.
  • We do not guarantee that every toy will withstand heavy chewers. Durability varies by dog size, play style, and chewing habits.
