If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at help@pawlipop.com with photos of the box and contents. We will work to resolve the issue quickly, either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
Pawlipop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. If you believe your package was stolen, we recommend filing a claim directly with the carrier and contacting us so we can assist if possible.
For lost packages in transit, we will investigate with the carrier and provide a resolution as soon as possible.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will require the customer to cover re-shipment costs.
Pre-order items will ship on the estimated release date provided on the product page.
If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the full order will ship together unless otherwise specified.
